Flavor Profile: Sweet & Floral

Base: Rooibos (South Africa)

Ingredients:

• 6 oz brewed and chilled rooibos tea

• 1 oz rose water

• 1/2 oz agave syrup

• Splash of orange blossom water

• Edible flower petals for garnish

Instructions:

Brew rooibos tea and chill thoroughly. In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine rooibos, rose water, agave, and a splash of orange blossom water. Shake well and strain into a glass over fresh ice. Float a few edible flower petals on top for a beautiful floral finish.
